My husband and I wanted to create a local business that would become a valued member of the Laker community by serving great food at affordable prices and employing local residents. Our small business has grown from a simple bagel shop focusing on breakfast to one that also serves lunch with a deli featuring Boar’s Head meats and cheese and catering with delivery service. The store also offer a full bakery run by our very own, Laker Baker. She bakes her own sweet confections (bread, muffins, cookies, pies, cakes and so much more) on the premises. She also bakes gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, keto and any other dietary specific goodies at our customer’s request.

Our staff prides themselves on catering to our customer requests and always with a smile. Whether a customer comes in for breakfast, lunch or dessert, they can eat in, take out or call us for delivery. We can cater any size party, event or meeting from a special lunch for weekend guests to breakfast for a local wedding the morning after. No gathering is too small or too big.
