The weekend is over and you find yourself with a few leftover bagels.
Don’t throw them out! These leftovers will make for an easy weekday breakfast by putting each one in a freezer bag and popping them in the freezer for the week ahead.
Want a bagel for breakfast? Take one out of the freezer the night before and leave it on the counter to defrost. In the morning, preheat the oven to 225° f. Take the bagel out of the bag, sprinkle it with water and bake in the oven for 10 minutes. Then take it out of the oven, cut the bagel in half and dress it with your favorite morning spread. Breakfast is done!
